A fan of David Ford since the early days of Easyworld, I’m always scouring the internet to find information on him and his latest gigs. So, whiling away some hours in a remote hotel room in Cork, Ireland, I decided enough was enough – a website needs to be set up to do the scouring for me. So, here it is – hopefully useful to other Fordistas to get the latest skinny on David and his climb to fame. Enjoy!

About David Ford
David James Ford is a British solo artist, currently living in Eastbourne in the UK. He first achieved prominence with the indie rock group Easyworld, who released an independent mini-album, …Better Ways to Self Destruct and two full-length albums on Jive Records before disbanding in 2004.
He branched into a solo career soon after, and he now has a large following having released two albums.

Some little-known facts about David
Kevin Bacon, Robert de Niro and Fran Healy are all fans of David Ford.
David originally used a Boss RC-20XL to do his magic looping effects, but has since moved up to the pricier Electro-Harmonix 2880.
Neil Young’s longtime manager, Eliot Roberts, asked for two copies of David’s first album I Sincerely Apologize For All The Trouble I’ve Caused—one for him, and one for Neil.
David once described America as “The land of the free… refill.”
